Eisenhower Humbucker
Inspired by the original Seth Lover PAF pickups, these are 100% hand crafted humbuckers. 5000 turns of 42 gauge plain-enamel wire is hand-guided onto each bobbin. Asymmetrical bobbins in number of turns for increased clearity in the highs. Hand-weakened Alnico II magnets provide a tone that is warm and smooth. Underwound neck pickups by 10% for clarity to cut through the mix. Each pickup is hand-dipped in a mixture of beeswax and paraffin to prevent microphonics. Maple spacers, vintage spec nickel-coated polepieces, and braided two conductor leads complete this package. Fender or Gibson string spacing. Zebra bobbins or your choice of cover in gold, nickel, chrome, or bare satin nickel for a unique-looking PAF. Each pickup is hand-assembled to your specs, please allow two weeks for delivery.
