Warranty

We have one of the best warranties in the business because we stand behind our products.  Our pickups are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the customer.  Prewired electronics and other products such as pots, switches, and cables carry a two-year warranty. Guitars carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warrantees only apply to the original customer and are non-transferrable.  Modifications such as removing the solder joints form the base of a humbucker, potting, or rewinding a pickup, or any other modifications to the structure and the functionality of the pickup or electronics will void the warranty.  The owner must provide a receipt of purchase and is responsible for covering the shipping to Schuyler Dean Pickups.  International customers must cover shipping to and from Schuyler Dean Pickups.  Schuyler Dean Pickups reserves the right to void warranties if modifications have been made to products, or if products are deemed to have been used improperly or abused. These terms are subject to change.

Schuyler Dean Pickups makes no express warranties regarding its product other than those set forth herein, and all implied warranties INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON INFRINGEMENT, HEREBY ARE EXCLUDED. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Schuyler Dean Pickup’s sole liability for product defects shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.  Schuyler Dean Pickups IN NO EVENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
